Missions
Missions is a vital part of the ministry of Family Church. We are following our Lord Jesus Christ’s example as the greatest missionary: who left heaven and came to earth to proclaim the gospel of the Kingdom of God.
We are obeying Matthew 28:19 “Go ye therefore and make disciples of all nations…”
It is our heart to be involved in many mission activities around the world and we will continue to do so in our response to the Great Commission. Below are some of the missions we are involved in and supporting.
Global Harvest Ministries International
In North Africa and The Middle East we support Rev. Mark Davy through Global Harvest Ministry International as they preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Many times in areas and cities where the gospels has never reached before. Currently Mark and the Operation Philip team are on a trip to the Sudan and have seen 62,000 souls won for Christ and more to come. Praise the Lord for the Harvest.
India Missions
Mission Statement: Helping the people of India “Discover Life in Jesus”.
We are involved in…
- Throne of Grace Ministries – an apostolic ministry of about 30 churches, NOAH ministry for alcoholics, and a Local Bible School;
- Assisting 10 GEMS pastors and their families, and a Bible school in the state of Maharashta;
- Assisting Ekuk Kim and Serving Friends International with their ministry to families and orphans with aids in Kolhapur City.

Practical areas of ministry include…
- Pastor’s conferences;
- Mentoring leaders;
- Well drilling in remote villages. This is one of the best methods for opening the door to evangelism in the villages as most have to walk a great distance to obtain even unclean water;
- Sewing schools;
- Buying goats for widows to raise for sale of milk and meat;
- Providing talking Bibles for pastors with literacy problems;
- Monthly financial support of pastors.
Testimonial from India:
“I came to know Pastors Bob & Alison in 2006 when they visited India. They ministered in one of our missionary meetings, all of our missionaries were blessed… This wonderful couple are having a great burden for missions in India.”
