Prayer for the lost

Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus, and I lift __________ before You today and I thank you for him (her/them).  I stand in the gap for him (her/them) right now (Ezek. 22:30). I thank and praise You that Your word says that its your will that all men should be saved (1 Tim. 2:4).  So I pray for __________ right now and set a hedge of protection around him (her/them) (Ezek. 22:30).  I set a wall around him (her/the,) so the enemy can not effect him (her/them) anymore.  Now Father I pray that the veil that has been set over his (her/their) eyes would be lifted.  Where the enemy has blinded his (her/their) eyes from seeing the truth I declare that the light of Your Word is shining through that _________ would receive revelation, the living Word of God, so that the Word would be life unto him (her/them) (John 6:63, 2 Cor. 4:4).  Father I pray, as your Word commands, for You to send labourers into the harvest field (Matt. 9:38), and __________ is a part of the harvest so Father send labourers into __________”s life to share the gospel with him (her/them) that he (she/they) would come to a saving knowledge of Your Son.  You said in Your Word to ask You for wisdom (James 1:5) so I ask You now for wisdom that I may be able to speak a right word in season to __________.  Now Father where that labour is me, send me.
Satan, I take authority over you right now in the name of Jesus, and I bind your work in the life of __________.  I command you to take your hands off of _________ and to cease any and all of your operations against him (her/them) right now.  I say  that you are bound and your power in his (her/their) life is broken.  I tear down strongholds in the mind of _________ right now.  I break down every proud argument against God and every wall that can be built to keep __________ from finding God (2Cor. 10:5 TLB).  I break the power of man’s logic, the world’s mind-set, and pride over him (her/them) right now.  I pray that the smoke screen satan has put in front of him (her/them) would be removed.
Now Father I thank You that the light of Your glorious gospel is no longer hid from __________. (2 Cor. 4:4 TLB)  I thank you that his (her/their) eyes are open and they are turned from darkness to light, and from the power of satan to God, that he (she/they) may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance amoung them which are sanctified by faith in Jesus ( Acts 26:18).  I thank You that You provided the weapons to capture __________ and bring him (her/them) into one whose hearts’ desire is obedience to Christ (2 Cor. 10:5 TLB).  In the name of Jesus I pray, amen.
